Things on the book tour are going well and I've had the chance to meet kids from all over the country.  Tonight I'm in Metairie, LA and tomorrow, Fairhope, AL.  I hope to check out some of the Gulf's coastline so I can see how things are going for myself. One year after the spill began,  I know there's still a lot of environmental work to be done, but there are a lot of people pitching in to try to protect our natural habitat.  My slogan for the book tour has become GO BIRDS!!
